The Whitehall Systems are a district heating system and an emergency standby power system, both of which are based in Whitehall, London. The Whitehall Systems are owned by Government Procurement Service is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office whose primary role is to maximise the value for money obtained by government departments and other public bodies through a dedicated, professional procurement service.
The Whitehall Systems are managed, operated and maintained for Government Procurement Service by COFELY LTD. in accordance with this policy.
Government Procurement Service, in consultation with COFELY, set the Sustainability Policy for the Whitehall Systems. This Sustainability Policy is supported by the Government Procurement Service Board.
