Government Procurement Service has the Wider Public Sector Office Supplies Framework Agreement (RM781) available for sourcing office supplies.
As part of the Centralised Procurement Strategy, Government Procurement Service is delivering a new Government Office Supplies Contract (RM917) and are currently in the process of implementing central government departments and wider public sector organisations who are named in the Government Office Supplies Contract OJEU notice. This contract will be awarded in summer 2011 with customers accessing the contract from 1 September 2011.
Which arrangement should customers use?

Further Information
From Monday 8th August 2011 HM Revenue and Customs Commercial (HMRC) will assume responsibility on behalf of the Government Procurement Service (Contracting Authority) for the operational management of the GOSC. This responsibility will include the on-boarding of customers on to the new contract.
HMRC will be providing further detailed information that will include transition arrangements for customers and implementation on to the new contract in due course.
