- Return of commission: we have been able to negotiate with all our suppliers that any commission earned is returned directly to customers. Commission runs at around 2.5 to 3% (dependent on supplier) on rail travel and approximately 8% for hotels. Commission is returned on all rail tickets and on commissionable hotels.
