Internal Communication, Engagement & Change
This framework agreement is for the provision of a wide range of internal communication, engagement and change consultancy services including culture change; change management; brand alignment and engagement; internal communication strategy; internal communication implementation; communication skills, development and coaching; knowledge management; and diversity/cultural awareness and communications training.
The framework is made up of the following lots:

- Lot 2.1: Change Management and Culture Change – Change Management and Organisational Development

- Lot 3.1: Brand and Values – Vision and Values Development
- Lot 3.2: Brand and Values – Employee and Workforce Engagement and Alignment
- Lot 3.3: Brand and Values – Employer Branding
- Lot 4.1: Evaluation – Measurement, Analysis and Evaluation
- Lot 4.1: Evaluation – Action Planning
