Cancellation procedure
This course is offered at no cost to NHS delegates or trusts. To enable Government Procurement Service to continue to offer NHS purchasing training at zero cost, a fee of £50.00 plus VAT will apply in the following circumstances:-
- Cancellation of a delegate in the month prior to the training date.
- Change of training date in the month prior to the booked training date.
- Non attendance on the training day.
Please note any change or cancellation must be received on email to tft@gps.gsi.gov.uk
If a fee is incurred an invoice will be issued to the delegates manager within a month of the event date. Please note failure to pay may prevent a delegate attending future training dates.
