It is not compulsory for public sector organisations to use Buying Solutions frameworks. If you see an OJEU opportunity that could be covered through the scope of your framework we would advise you to contact the customer to advise on the benefits of using your Buying Solutions framework instead (see examples below).
The Buying Solutions Customer Liaison Management team would also be happy to assist in informing the customer about the benefits of using the framework. To utilise this assistance contact either your Buying Solutions Framework Manager or the Supplier Management Team
Benefits of using Buying Solutions Frameworks -
- Can I have your mailing list?Answer
We cannot pass on any of our customer databases or mailing lists as this would breach the Data Protection Act.
- Can I add more items to my contract?Answer
This may be possible depending on the nature of your current contract and the type of additions you wish to make. Your framework manager will be available to advise you if this is possible and the correct process to follow.
